There is a premium server being made, Dev is just finalizing some of its parts. He is also trying to find ways to make it 24/7.

making your own server won't work. it will lag too much especially when there's a lot of people on it

Well from what I have heard, Obama has tried to put a bunch of laws in order but it always gets shut down so he seems like the bad guy even though its the senate that is turning down all these good laws  .
